Located in West Seneca New York, Ingalls Site Development Inc. has gained the reputation of being a professional site development contractor in the highly competitive Western New York area.

Ingalls Site Development, Inc. has completed numerous projects in the Western New York area. These projects range in size from parking lot repairs to complete site packages for Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Residential Projects.

In 1988, David Ogiony founded the company named, David E. Ogiony Development Co., Inc. James Ingalls joined the company in 1993 and became president and sole owner in 2004. The company name was updated to Ingalls Site Development, Inc.

The company mission is concentrated on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. We take great pride in providing premier site development work, utilizing quality materials combined with precision craftsmanship.

 

Our Staff

At Ingalls Site Development, Inc., every project is coordinated through a consistent team effort. The project begins with management, estimating and administration. The project culminates with project management and our talented field staff. From project start to finish, our employees work together toward the common goal of “Customer Satisfaction.”

James Ingalls is the owner of Ingalls Site Development, Inc. Safety

Ingalls Site Development, Inc. is dedicated to Safety Training of employees. A safe working environment is of paramount importance in ensuring the health and welfare of our most important asset, our personnel.

In addition to regularly held safety meetings and toolbox talks, a number of safety training and certification courses are offered to employees. These courses include the following:

  • 10-Hour General Construction
  • 30-Hour General Construction
  • Competent Person – Trenching, Excavation and Confined Space
  • Erosion and Sediment Control
  • National Fuel Pipeline Installation and Safety

OSEA, Occupational Safety and Environmental Associates, “The Workplace Experts,” perform job site inspections while our employees work on-site. OSEA prepares a report following the inspection of the work site. The OSEA report is a valuable safety instruction tool and is reviewed with employees.

Ingalls Site Development, Inc., has a New York State Compensation Insurance Rating Board
Experience Mod rating of .87.

Ingalls Site Development, Inc. is enrolled in Foley Services, Inc. DOT Drug and Alcohol Program, which meets the requirements of DOT regulation 49 CFR parts 382 and 40.
